If all's clear, you're still having issues and 1st line support cannot resolve, give the Security folks a try - I have found their Security people to be absolutely brilliant. If you have a Comcast email address, be sure to check that and respond to any emails they send regarding your usage. Here's the kicker, though - as networks are fairly heterogenous, sometimes the popup notifications don't get through - and they can back up and slow down the modem, and anything using the internet will become impossible. If you're like me and you pull more data than your monthly allotment, you have to acknowledge the popups that hit your screen advising you that you've gone over, otherwise they choke down your bandwidth until you contact them.
